摘　　要：Lumican属于富含亮氨酸重复序列的小分子蛋白聚糖家族(small leucine-rich repeat proteoglycans,SLRPs)。近年来许多研究表明Lumican参与调节细胞稳态以及细胞功能。且Lumican基因的表达也与多种恶性肿瘤有关,但Lumican在肿瘤中的表达及其作用仍不是很明确。本文简述Lumican的结构、功能,重点描述Lumican在不同肿瘤中的表达情况、作用及作用机制,并对Lumican的诊断意义和深层研究进行了展望。Lumican is a member of small leucine - rich proteoglycans（SLRPs）family. Recent studies have sugges-ted that Lumican involved in regulating cellsˊhomeostasis and cellsˊfunctions. The expression of Lumican is relevant to many malignant tumors,but its expression and effects in tumors still remain unidentified. This review summarizes re-cent data concerning the molecular structure,with a particular focus on its control of expression,effects and action mechanism of Lumican,in different tumors. Its potential therapeutic implications and deep research are also dis-cussed.
