摘　　要：传统的肿瘤标志物在胃癌的早期诊断中起着极为重要的作用,但由于其灵敏度及特异性低,导致一定程度的漏诊及误诊。血液作为生物检测样本,具有取材方便、无创伤性,并可连续体外检测的优点,可以为胃癌患者的预后寻找一种简单、快捷、无损伤、无痛苦的检查方法,应用广泛,有较大的临床应用价值。本文就近几年来胃癌血液标志物的研究进展作一综述。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor,its early diagnosis and treatment can signifi-cantly improve the patients survival rate. Conventional tumor markers in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer plays a very important role,but because of its low sensitivity and specificity,leading to a certain degree of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. In recent years,a variety of a new generation of gastric cancer biomarkers have been found in labo-ratory diagnosis,the blood as a biological test sample,conveniently,no traumatic,and the advantages of continuous tes-ting in vitro,can looking for a simple,quick,without damage,has great clinical application value. The recent progres-ses in the blood markers of gastric cancer have been reviewed in this paper.
