摘  要:目的评价初中生艾滋病健康教育干预效果,促进中学开展艾滋病健康教育。方法整群随机抽取重庆市主城、区县初中生,分别在健康教育前后对491名和375名学生进行问卷调查。结果干预后总知晓率为80.11%,基础知识平均知晓率为74.01%,传播途径平均知晓率为83.22%,非传播途径平均知晓率为86.13%。各项知识回答正确率较干预前(37.82%,32.07%,50.06%和26.87%)显著提高(P<0.01)。干预后相关知识、态度得分均较干预前明显提高(P<0.01)。健康教育后学生更加同情、愿意与艾滋病人一起学习工作(P<0.01)。但对于问题"害怕得艾滋病吗"正向态度有所下降(P<0.01)。结论健康教育后相关知识知晓率显著增加,拥有正向不歧视态度,但尚未达到国家要求。预防艾滋病应从中学生抓起。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education about AIDS on the middle school students and to pro- mote AIDS health education. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to find out the middle school students in urban and county of Chongqing, and the questionnaire survey was carried out before(491 ) and after(375) the education. Results After the education,the total knowledge rate was 80.11% ,the basis knowledge rate was 74.01%, the transmission knowledge rate was 83.22%, and the non-transmission knowl- edge rate was 86.13%. The knowledge accurate rate was significantly increased (37.82%, 32.07 %, 50.06% and 26.87% ) (P 〈 0. 01 ). The knowledge score and attitude score were increased significantly after the in- tervention. The attitude about showing sympathy, willing to work and learning with each other was significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ). But the positive attitude for the question "fear of AIDS?" decreased (P 〈 0.01 ). Con- clusion After health education,the knowledge and the attitude were significantly increased,but had not yet reached the national goal. AIDS health education should be started in middle school.
