摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠癌及健康对照组超声定量分析与IL-17蛋白表达的关系。方法:用彩色多普勒超声仪器检测并记录结肠癌组及健康对照组结肠内阻力指数(RI)。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法分别检测结肠癌患者及健康对照组患者外周血IL-17水平。分析阻力指数(RI)与IL-17的相关性。结果:结肠癌患者外周血IL-17水平[(9.1±2.3)ng/ml]明显高于健康对照组[(6.2±1.4)ng/ml];结肠癌组RI(0.54±0.08)低于健康对照组(0.78±0.04)(P<0.05)。结肠癌组IL-17阳性率与RI负相关。结论:超声影像的部分声像图特征与IL-17有明显关系,可作为诊断结肠癌的预警信号和判断预后的有用指标。Objective：To study the relationship between sonographic findings and expression of IL - 17 in colon cancer and healthy controls. Methods：To measure resistance index（RI） of colon cancer patients and healthy controls with ultrasonic instruments. Detecting the expression of IL - 17 in colon cancer and healthy control group, to analyse the correlation of them. Results：IL - 17 positive rate of colon cancer group was significantly higher than that of healthy controls. RI of colon cancer group （0.54 ± 0.08 ） and health control group （0.78 ±0.04 ） had significant difference. IL - 17 was no relationship with RI. Conclusion： Uhrasonographic characteristics have obvious relationship with IL - 17 ,which can be used as useful index of prognosis in colon cancer.
