子宫肌瘤组织SULT1E1和ERα、ERβ、PRA、PRB受体蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫肌瘤组织SULT1E1、ERα、ERβ、PRA和PRB受体蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法对30例子宫肌瘤组织、30例相应肌瘤包膜外子宫肌层组织及10例因宫颈CINⅢ级或子宫脱垂行子宫切除术的子宫肌层组织SULT1E1、ERα、ERβ和PRA,PRB受体蛋白进行检测。结果:70例标本中SULT1E1蛋白、ERα/β蛋白、PRA/B蛋白在子宫肌瘤、肌瘤包膜外子宫肌层组织及正常子宫肌层组织中的表达阳性率分别为66.67%、90.00%和100.00%、96.67%、70.00%和70.00%、66.67%、33.33%和30.00%、93.33%、70.00%和60.00%及70.00%、63.33%和70.00%,三组不同组织中五种蛋白阳性率比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.05);将ERα/β和PRA/B受体蛋白的表达阳性率分别与SULT1 E1蛋白的表达阳性率比较发现,子宫肌瘤组织中:SULT1 E1与ERα蛋白和PRA蛋白之间均存在负相关关系[r=-0.827(P=0.001);r=-0.493(P=0.006)];SULT1E1与ERβ蛋白和PRB蛋白之间均无相关关系[r=0.192(P=0.309);r=-0.538(P=0.510)]。结论:SULT1E1可能是子宫肌瘤发生过程中的抑制因素。SULT1E1和雌、孕激素受体亚型ERα、ERβ、PRA、PRB蛋白的表达与子宫肌瘤的发生、发展有关。Objective：To study the expression of SULTIE1 and ERα, ERβ, PRA, PRB receptor protein in uterus leiomyoma and their clinical significance. Methods ：The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expres- sions of sulfotransferasesl E1, estrogen receptom, estrogen receptorβ, progesterone receptor A and progesterone receptor B. Results： The positive expression of SULT1 E1 and ERα, ERβ, PRA, PRB receptor protein in uterine leiomyoma tissue, normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping membrane of myoma,normal myometrium were 66.67%, 90.00% and 100.00% ,96.67% ,70.00% and 70.00% ,66.67% ,33.33% and 30.00% ,93.33% ,70.00% and 60.00% ,70.00% ,63.33% and 70.00% respectively. There were significant differences of SULT1E1 and ERct, ERI3,PRA, PRB receptor protein expression between the three groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. In uterine leiomyoma tissue ： the correlative expression of SULT 1 E 1 and ERα had significantly negative correlation （ r = - 0. 827, P = 0. 001 ）. The correlative expression of SULT1 E1 and ERa had no correlation （r = 0. 192,P = 0.309）. The correlative expression of SULT1E1 and PRA had significantly negative correlation （r = -0. 493, P = 0. 006）. The correlative expression of SULTIE1 and PRB had no correlation （ r = - 0.538,P = 0.510）. Conclusion： Sulfotransferasesl E1 may be an inhib- ited factor in the development of uterine leiomyoma. The expression of snifotransfcraseslE1, estrogen receptor and pro- gesterone receptor is related to the invasion of uterine leiomyoma.
