摘　　要：目的 :探讨MSCT对肾盂癌的诊断及影像分期价值。方法:对临床疑诊为肾盂癌的41例患者行MSCT平扫及增强扫描,分析肾盂癌的CT表现并行影像学分期。以病理结果为金标准,总结肾盂癌的CT表现特点,评估MSCT对肾盂癌诊断及分期的价值。结果:MSCT平扫及增强扫描诊断肾盂癌的灵敏度、特异度分别为96.4%(27/28)、84.6%(11/13)。CT对肾盂癌分期的总准确率为85.2%(23/27),其中CT诊断肾盂癌Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期的灵敏度分别为80.0%(12/15)、87.5%(7/8)。结论:MSCT对肾盂癌的诊断及分期具有较高的价值,肾盂癌CT分期与病理分期的差异主要在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期。Objective：To explore the value of MSCT in diagnosis and staging of renal pelvic carcinoma. Methods：Plain and enhanced spiral CT scanning were performed in 41 cases suspected clinically as renal pelvic carcinoma. The CT appearance was analyzed,staging of the cases were confirmed by CT. With pathology results for the gold standard,CT features of renal pelvic carcinoma were summarized and the value of MSCT in diagnosis and staging was evaluated. Results：The sensitivity and specificity for MSCT plain and enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of the renal pelvic carcinoma were 96.4%（27/28）,84.6%（11/13）,respectively. The overall accuracy rate by MSCT was 85.2%（23/27）. The sensitivity of stageⅠ and stageⅡ by MSCT were 80.0%（12/15）,87.5%（7/8）,respectively. Conclusions：MSCT is a very useful method in diagnosing and staging of renal pelvic carcinoma. The difference of stageⅠ,stageⅡ between MSCT and pathology is a main part of differences for the evaluation of renal pelvic carcinoma.
