摘 要:为了提高混合动力汽车制动能量回收率,根据镍氢电池快速充电特性和集成启动电机(Integrated starter/generator,ISG)发电特性,确定了电机与电池联合高效工作曲线。根据上述曲线,提出了一种无级自动变速传动(Continuously variable transmission,CVT)速比控制的混合动力汽车再生制动模糊滑模控制策略。利用滑模控制方法对永磁同步电机的转矩进行控制,此外,给被控对象加上一个外界干扰,并对干扰采取模糊控制策略,使电机运行点处于联合高效曲线附近。在MATLAB/ADVISOR中搭建再生制动模糊滑模控制仿真模型。仿真结果表明,与Advisor控制策略相比,所设计的模糊滑模控制策略有效地提高电机制动过程中的能量回收率。In order to improve braking energy recovery rate of hybrid electrical vehicle ( HEV), according to the quick charging characteristic of nickel-hydrogen battery and the generating characteristic of ISG( Integrated/genera- tor) motor, a joint high-efficiency working line of motor and battery is determined. Based on the line, a fuzzy sliding mode control strategy for the regenerative braking of HEV is proposed based on the CVT speed ratio control. The generating torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor is controlled by the method of sliding mode control, then an external interference is added to the object, the strategy of fuzzy control is adapted to the interference, which makes the motor operating point locate near the joint high-efficiency working line, so as to achieve maximum recovery energy. Simulation models of regenerative braking FSMC strategy are established in the MATLAB / ADVISOR. The simula- tion results show that, compared with the Advisor strategies with non-optimal generator control, the designed FSMC strategy can improve the energy recovery rater effectively during braking.
