尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术中的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的：评价注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶（HCA）在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术中、手术后止血的安全性。方法：随机选取在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院部接受外科手术治疗的30例患者,手术中及手术后1~3天静脉注射尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶（HCA）2u,采用自身对照研究方法,观察对比患者手术前和手术后的血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能等安全性指标。结果：在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术中及手术后常规应用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶（HCA）止血,用药前和用药后第3天,手术患者的血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能等指标,均未发生显著性变化（P〉0.05）,手术前后过程中无明显不良事件的发生。结论：在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术前后常规使用注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶（HCA）止血是安全可靠的。Objective： To evaluate the safety of hemocoagulase agkistrodon on the application in patients undergoing ENT surgery.Methods：Thirty patients who were undergone ENT and Head-Neck surgery in hospital were included in this clinical trial at random and they were administrated by HCA in perioperative,then the coagulative function,blood routine test,hepatic and renal function （PT, TT, APTT, FIB,WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT, ALT, TBIL,BUN,Cr） before and 3 days after the operation were compared according to the self-control method.Results：No significant difference in the coagulative function,hemostatic function,hepatic and renal function values between before and 3 days after the operation （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The application of hemocoagulase agkistrodon in ENT surgery is safe and reliable.
