摘 要:为提高冲压自动化生产线虚拟样机与物体样机的一致性,在虚拟样机设计过程中进行干涉检查是提高其可靠性和运行精度的重要保证。探讨了借助先进的软件对冲压自动化生产线上各内部零件及运动机构进行静态干涉检查及动态干涉检查方法。研究表明,利用Pro/E进行静态干涉检查能迅速发现机构内部零件设计中的问题,有利于及时修改模型参数从而消除干涉。利用ADAMS进行动态干涉检查,能模拟现实运动过程,且后处理模块能帮助设计者分析结果。干涉检查保证了设备设计和运动的合理性,同时也为冲压自动化冲压生产线虚拟样机的优化布局提供了理论依据。In order to improve the consistency of the virtual prototype with the real machine in the automatic stamping production line, the interference check in the design process of virtual prototype is regarded as an important guarantee for the reliability and accuracy. The stat- ic and dynamic interference checking methods were discussed by the advanced software for internal parts and motion institutions in the au- tomatic stamping production line. The results show that the static interference check by Pro/E can discover the problems in the design of parts and modify the model parameters to eliminate the interference. The dynamic interference check by ADAMS can simulate motor processes, and the post processing module can help the designers analyze results. Thus, interference check not only ensures the reasona- ble design of single equipment and motion institutions, but also provides theory basis for the optimization layout of virtual prototype in the automatic stamping production line.
