摘  要:为揭示金花茶提取物的抗氧化活性与主要化学成分的相关性,采用ABTS法和DPPH法测定各样品的抗氧化能力,紫外分光光度法测定样品中主要化学成分的含量。结果表明:金花茶组植物总黄酮、茶多酚、总皂苷、茶氨酸的含量均与其抗氧化能力显著正相关(P<0.05),回归分析显示茶多酚是金花茶组植物抗氧化活性的主要物质基础;建立了"一测多评"分析方程,根据所建立的数学模型可以通过测定不同金花茶组样品中茶多酚的含量来推测其他主要成分的含量及其抗氧化活性。The flavonoids, tea polyphenols, saponins and theanine in different 19 kinds of Camellia sect. Chrysantha were determined by UV speetrophotometry. Meanwhile, the antioxidant activities of the samples were detected by clearance rate of DPPH and ABTS+. Bivariate correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were carried out by the software of SPSS 18.0. The content of total flavonoids, polyphenols, total saponins and ABTS+ radical, DPPH radical scavenging ability had significant positive correlation (P 〈 0.05 )to the antioxidant ability of Camellia sect. Chrysantha. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that tea polyphenols were the main material basis of antioxidant activity of Camellia sect. Chrysantha. The quantitative analysis of multi-component with a single-marker ( QAMS ) was established which provided a convenient method for evaluating antioxidant ability of Camellia sect. Chrysantha.
