摘  要:目的:探讨钢缆钉(Cable-Pin)系统内固定微创治疗髌骨横行骨折方法和疗效。方法:采用微创手术,使用Cable-Pin内固定系统治疗髌骨横行骨折30例,并进行疼痛视觉模拟评分,评价关节活动范围,术后定期复查X线片,随访10-18个月。结果:所有患者骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为7周。术后疼痛视觉模拟评分为3.2±1.4,术后4周为1.4±1.3。骨折愈合后28例患者实现了全膝关节活动,2例患者完全屈曲有10°缺失。结论:Cable-Pin系统对髌骨骨折固定牢固,术后并发症发生率低,是治疗髌骨横形骨折的可靠方法。Objective:To investigate the effects of the minimally invasive therapy of Cable-Pin system in the treatment of transverse patella fractures. Methods:Thirty cases with transverse patellar fractures were treated with minimally invasive therapy of Cable-Pin system. The X-ray,visual analog scale(VAS) of pain and range of motion in all cases were evaluated after operation. Results:The patients were followed up for 10 to 18 months. All fractures cured,the mean fracture healing time was 7 weeks. The VAS pain score at operation and after 4 weeks of operation were 3. 2 ± 1. 4 and 1. 4 ± 1. 3,respectively. The full range of motion in 28 patients and 10&176; loss of full flexion in 2 patients were found after fracture healing. Conclusions:The treatment of transverse patellar fracture with Cable-Pin system is low complication,which is a reliable method.
