摘　　要：介绍了国内外燃料乙醇的生产现状,并分别对1代、1.5代、2代燃料乙醇现有生产技术进行分析,同时以现有相对成熟的1代燃料乙醇为基础,对燃料乙醇生产过程中的原料预处理、液化糖化、酒母优化、酒精蒸馏、废醪处理等工序进行了介绍。In this paper, the present situations of fuel ethanol production at home and abroad were introduced. The production techniques of fuel ethanol of the first generation, 1.5 generation, and the second generation were analyzed. Meanwhile, based on the relative mature fuel ethanol production of the first generation, the technical procedures were introduced including the pretreatment of raw materials, liquefaction and sac-charification of raw materials, yeast optimization, alcohol distillation, and waste mash treatment etc.
