摘 要:依据GB/T 19426—2006和GB/T 20771—2008,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)和液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS-MS)对天津和秦皇岛口岸采集的130个进口葡萄酒样品中500种农药残留进行检测。分析、讨论了进口葡萄酒中的农药残留种类及残留水平。结果发现,在检测130个葡萄酒样品中,检出农药252频次,涉及农药14种,整体样品检出率达到81.5%,说明进口葡萄酒中农药残留普遍存在,虽然大多数农药处于低残留水平,其对人体的健康风险仍需引起关注。Based on the methods described by GB/T 19426-2006 and GB/T 20771-2008, 130 imported grape wine samples from Tianjin entry port and Qinhuangdao entry port were analyzed by GC-MS and LC-MS-MS for 500 kinds of pesticide residues and the contamination status. The results suggested that 14 kinds of pesticides were detected 252 times in those wine samples, and the detection rate was up to 81.5%indicat-ing the widespread presence of pesticide residues in imported wine, although the residual levels of pesticide were low, the potential health risks should still be of great concern.
