摘 要:针对弧形往复式切割器运动规律的复杂性,提出刀片长度不变的假设,建立了切割器的刚体运动方程。进而联合MSC pastran&nastran与ADAMS仿真平台,建立了切割器的刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,通过仿真得到了切割器的运动规律及动力学特性。运动仿真的低频滤波结果与假设模型的运动规律一致,高频部分表明切割器运动过程中存在较剧烈的振动。同时,仿真得到切割器的受力、动能、刀片应变能等都与运动同规律变化,同时高频波动。总之,切割器低频运动为三角函数规律,同时存在高频振动和瞬时冲击,切割器的设计、评价分析时,柔性变形和振动不容忽视。To understand the complex law of motion of the arc reciprocating cutter, the paper establishes the kinematic equation based on the hypothesis that the blade length remain unchanged during the motion. And, establishes with MSC pastran & Nastran and ADAMS the rigid-flexible multi-body dynamic simulation model; then, the kinematic and dynamic stimulation are conducted. The result of the low-frequency filter for the kinematic simula- tion conforms basically to the kinematic equation; however the high frequency part denotes that the cutter vibrates drastically while working. At the same time, the simulation shows that, in terms of low-frequency component , the cutter's exerted force, kinetic energy, strain energy et al. would vary to the same law with kinematic, the high-frequency fluctuation still accompanying. All in all, the cutter motions mainly to the law of trigonometric function, with the high-frequency vibrating and high-frequency accompanying, denoting that the flexible deformation and vibration shouldn't be neglec- ted when design the cutter.
