摘　　要：目的:探讨叶间裂弧凹征在肺部孤立性小结节影像定性诊断中的作用。方法:对15例叶间裂弧凹征的肺部小结节对照病理和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:15例肺部孤立性小结节经手术或病理证实诊断为小肺癌。结论:叶间裂弧凹征在肺部孤立性小结节的早期影像学定性诊断中具有很高价值。Objective：To discuss the significance and role of curved indentation sign of interlobular fissure in the clinical diagnosis of small pulmonary solitary nodule. Methods. The clinicopathological data of 15 patients with small pulmonary solitary nodule were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the curved indentation sign of interlobular fissure. Results：The 15 patients with small pulmonary solitary nodules were diagnosed as small lung cancer which were proved by operation or pathology. Conclusion：The curved inden- tation sign of interlobular fissure has considerable value for the early radiological diagnosis of pulmonary solitary nodules.
