泸州地区下颌第一前磨牙根管系统锥形束CT研究

摘　　要：目的:应用锥形束CT探讨泸州地区下颌第一前磨牙牙根及根管形态。方法:选取872例下颌第一前磨牙锥形束CT(Cone beam CT,CBCT)影像,分析其根管数目及对称性。结果:下颌第一前磨牙参照Vertucci分类法,发生率分别为:Ⅰ型85.67%;Ⅲ型3.10%;Ⅳ型0.03%;Ⅴ型8.00%;C形2.87%。其中367例下颌第一前磨牙I型根管对称;10例Ⅲ型根管对称;1例Ⅳ型根管对称;25例Ⅴ型根管对称;7例C形根管对称。结论:下颌第一前磨牙根管系统复杂,CBCT为其根管治疗提供重要依据。Objective：Using cone beam CT to investigate the root-canals of the mandibular first premolars and their morpholog-ical characteristics in Luzhou areas. Methods：Cone beam CT images of 872 cases mandibular first premolars were collected and num-bered. The root-canal classification and bilateral symmetry were analyzed. Results：According to Vertucci classification,the incidence of type I canal configuration of mandibular first premolars was 85. 67%,type Ⅲ3. 10%,type Ⅳ0. 03%,type Ⅴ8. 00% and C-shaped 2. 87%. 367 cases of type I,10 cases of typeⅢ,one case of typeⅣ,25 cases of typeⅤ and 25 of C-shaped canal had bilateral sym-metry. Conclusion：The morphological characteristics of the mandibular first premolars is complex,CBCT can provide a basis for the root canal therapy.
