子宫内膜癌中AEG-1的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究星形酸质细胞升高基因(astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与相关临床病理因素的关系。方法结合组织芯片和免疫组化技术检测45例子宫内膜癌组织中AEG-1蛋白表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌组织芯片中AEG-1蛋白表达阳性率为68.9%。AEG-1高表达与子宫内膜癌肿瘤肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AEG-1在子宫内膜癌的进展中起着重要作用,可能成为评判子宫内膜癌预后的有效靶点。Objective To explore the expression of AEG-1（astrocyte elevated gene-1） protein in endometrial carcinoma and its relation to clinicopathologic features. Methods The AEG-1 protein levels in 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma and were detected by tissue chip and immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of AEG-1 in osteosarcoma was 68.9%. The positive expression of AEG-1 was associated with invasion depth of tumor cells and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion AEG-1 may play a role in the advancement of endometrial carcinoma and may be an effective prognostic factor.
