CIK细胞治疗黑色素瘤肝转移的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨黑色素瘤肝转移患者 CIK 细胞治疗的疗效及对生存期的影响。方法选取2009年6月至2011年10月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院生物治疗科进行 CIK 细胞治疗的10例黑色素瘤肝转移患者，给予 CIK 细胞回输，同时应用白细胞介素2和胸腺肽进行治疗，15～20 d 为1周期。疗效评价采用 RECIST 标准。结果10例患者中无完全缓解与部分缓解患者，疾病稳定患者8例，疾病控制率为80％（8／10）；全组患者中位至疾病进展时间为3个月（1～11个月），中位生存期为4．5个月（1～13个月）。不良反应轻微。结论CIK 细胞过继免疫治疗是黑色素瘤肝转移患者的有效治疗方案。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cytokine -indcued killer cells in the treatment of melanoma with liv-er metastasis.Methods Ten patients with melanoma accompanied by liver metastasis were selected and received the therapy with CIK cells.Except for the transfusion of CIK cells,the patients received the therapy with interleukin -2 and thymopeptides. Fifteen to twenty days were one cycle and the efficacy was evaluated by RECIST criterion.Results There was no patient who gained remission,but 8 cases gained stable diseases and the disease control rate was 80%（8 /1 0）.The median time to progres-sion was three months（1 ～1 1 months）and the median survival time was 4.5 months（1 ～1 3 months）.The side -effects were mild.Conclusion CIK is an effective regimen for melanoma patients with liver metastasis.
