摘　　要：目的评价女性不孕症患者经子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）检查后1年内自然受孕率。方法对1 068例女性不孕患者行HSG检查后1年内进行随访,根据检查结果区分：A组：双侧通畅;B组：双侧阻塞;C组：一侧通畅,另一侧阻塞;D组：一侧通畅,另一侧不全阻塞;E组：双侧不全阻塞;F组：一侧阻塞,另一侧不全阻塞;G组：至少有一侧积水或粘连。比较不同输卵管检查结果的自然妊娠率。结果至少一侧输卵管通畅及双侧输卵管不全阻塞的自然妊娠率与双侧通畅相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;HSG术后2~5个月累计自然妊娠率最高,波动在15.3%~19.0%;6~7月居中（7.3%~9.2%）;8~12月最低（0.6%~2.5%）。HSG术后第8个月起,自然妊娠率呈现出明显下降趋势（P〈0.05）。结论至少一侧输卵管通畅或双侧输卵管不全阻塞仍可期待自然妊娠。对以上患者HSG检查后超过8月仍不孕,应该采取积极有效的治疗措施。对双侧输卵管阻塞患者应积极采取辅助生殖技术助孕。Objective：To evaluate on natural pregnancy outcome in infertility women after hysterosalpingography within one year.Methods：A total of 1 068 infertile patients undergone hysterosalpingography were followed up for one year.The patients were divided into 7groups according to the results of inspection Results：group A：bilateral normal,group B：bilateral occlusion,group C：unilateral occlusion,group D：unilateral incomplete occlusion,group E：bilateral incomplete occlusion,group F：unilateral obstruction,another incomplete occlusion,group G：unilateral or bilateral hydrosalpinx or adhesion.The natural pregnancy outcomes within one year were compared among the groups.Results：The natural pregnancy rate was not significant different compare the unilateral occlusion or bilateral incomplete occlusion group with bilateral normal group（P〉0.05）.The natural pregnancy rate is the highest（15.3%-19.0%）at 2-5months after hysterosalpingography,then 6-7month（7.3%-9.2%）,and8-12months（0.6%-2.5%）.The natural pregnancy rate was significantly declined after 8 months（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The natural pregnancy can be expected in the patients with unilateral occlusion or bilateral incomplete occlusion after operation.The positive and effective assisted reproductive technique measures should be taken 8months after hysterosalpingography.
