术前栓塞联合手术治疗脑膜瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的：评价术前栓塞联合手术治疗脑膜瘤的临床疗效。方法收集我院2004年6月～2014年4月间行全脑血管造影的脑膜瘤共112例，分为栓塞组（48例）和非栓塞组（64例），比较两组间的出血量、输血量、全切除率及手术时间。结果与非栓塞组相比，栓塞组的术中失血量和输血量均显著减少（P ＜0．05），肿瘤的全切除率显著增高（P ＜0.05）；而在手术时间方面无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论术前栓塞可减少术中出血，并有助于提高脑膜瘤全切除率。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of presurgical embolization of meningiomas .Methods During the period from June 2004 to April 2014 ,the whole cerebral angiography was performed in a total of 108 patients with meningioma in authors’hospital .All patients were divided into embolized and noembolized group ,and then blood loss ,number of transfusion ,the rate of total resection or surgery time were compared between the two groups .Results There were significant differences in blood loss ,number of transfusion and the rate of total resection between the two groups （ P〈0 .05） ,but no statistical difference in surgery time （ P〉0 .05） .Conclusion The presurgical embolization of meningiomas is beneficial because it decreases operative blood loss and increases the rate of total resection .
