摘　　要：选择3种不同材料的优质刀具,设计不同的切削条件,对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti进行切屑形态的实验,结果表明:影响1Cr18Ni9Ti切屑形态的主要因素是刀具材料,复合陶瓷刀具具有良好的高温性能,切削状态良好,是生产中最佳刀具选择。Selecting three kinds of high-quality knives of different materials, designing different cutting conditions, the chip morphology experiments of the stainless steel 1CrlSNigTi were conducted. The results show that the main factors affecting on 1Cr18Ni9Ti chip morphology is the tool material. The composite ceramic tool has good high temperature performance and good cutting state, which is the best selection of tool in production.
