摘　　要：传统高校经管类教育中,人才培养主要以理论教学为主,而实践教学为辅,学生动手实践能力较差。VBSE模式作为应用型经管类人才培养实践教学模式,这种模式的构建,能使经管类专业实践教学效果显著提高,对高校向应用技术型转型和应用型经管类人才培养具有重要意义。The class of Economics Management,the talents cultivation is primarily based on theory,practice teaching being complementary.As a result,the students perhaps have the poor practice ability.Meanwhile,VBSE Mode is the innovation one in the applied talents cultivation in the class of Economics Management,whose construction can raise the efficiency of practice teaching in the class of Economics Management apparently.Thanks to the reasons,it will produce important significance for the universities to transform into the applied technical Mode and applied talents cultivation in the class of economics Management.
