摘　　要：学校社会工作要求辅导员在实践中扮演教育者、治疗者、指导者、资源获取者、研究者角色,这有助于辅导员明确角色定位,提升辅导技能,增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,将学生培养成为德智体美全面发展的中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。School social work requires counselors play researchers in education,treatment,guidance,resource acquisition,role in practice,which helps to clear the role positioning of counselors,coaching skills,enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students,to train students to be qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialist cause Chinese characteristics the all-round developing.
