摘　　要：立足嘉兴市打造高科技成果转化基地的必要性和已经具备的物质基础条件,提出了打造高科技成果转化重要基地的三条路径:一是聚集与嘉兴经济相耦合并能够产生连续创新效应的高科技成果,二是把嘉兴建设成能够包容和吸纳各类创新元素的开放型城市,三是培育创新的领先市场促进技术与市场的有效互动。This paper analyzed the necessity of building transformation base of high-tech achievements and basic condition,finally proposed three paths of building transformation base of high-tech achievements as the reality of jiaxing：the first is to gather elements which could couple with jiaxing economic phase and produce continuous innovation effect of high-tech achievements;the second is to construct jiaxing into an open city which can absorb all kinds of innovation element;the third is to cultivate innovation leading market to promote the effective interaction between technology and market.
