摘　　要：目前,大多数对于知识管理的研究都集中在企业内部如何对知识进行管理,而对于跨组织边界网络中的知识管理关注就比较少。云计算时代的到来,跨组织知识网络活动的研究出现了新的研究契机。本文借助前人基于复杂产品系统的创新中跨组织知识管理活动以及跨组织知识网络文献的归纳总结,利用云计算技术的体系和方法结合云网络系统框架平台,尝试构建了基于云计算的跨组织知识网络模型,希望发挥云计算的优势,对传统网络有改进意义。At present, most research on knowledge management has focused on how, to carry out it within the enterprise and there is little attention paid to knowledge management on the network across organizational boundaries. The advent of the era of cloud computing brings a new opportunity for re- search on network knowledge management across organizational boundaries. This paper sums up the inter--organization knowledge management activities based on complex product system innovation and network literature on cross organizational knowledge. By means of the system and method of cloud computing technology in combination With cloud network platform, this paper tries to build up an inter --organization knowledge network model based on cloud computing technology, hoping to take advan- tage of cloud computing to improve the traditional network.
