摘 要:利用热重(TG)、微商热重(DTG)分析法,在不同升温速率条件下,对细木工板及其木质原料试样进行了研究,并基于Coasts-Redfern法建立了主反应阶段的反应动力学模型。试验结果表明,升温速率对细木工板试样热解过程影响显著,但对残炭量无明显影响;试样热解过程可以分为五个阶段,其中第三阶段为热解主反应阶段,该阶段细木工板的表观活化能为70.1 k J·mol-1,木质原料的表观活化能为63.4 k J·mol-1;相对于木质原料而言,胶黏剂的加入能够在一定程度上抑制热解反应,并增加成炭率。The thermo - decomposition of block board and its wood raw materials is analyzed by thermo - gravlmetric (TG) and derivative thermo -gravimetric (DTG) at different heating rates, and the kinetic model of main reaction is set up by Coasts - Redfern' s way. The results show that heating rate affects the thermo - decomposition obviously, while the effect on the residual charcoal is small; the thermo -decomposition procedure can be divided into five stages, and the third section is the main reaction, the degradation activation energy of block board is 70.1 kJ · mol^- 1, while the degradation activation energy of the wood raw materials is 63.4 kJ · mol^- 1, relative to the wood raw materials, the adhesive can suppress the pyrolysis of block board, and increase the char yield.
