摘　　要：目的检测老年急性脑梗死患者治疗前后Tp e/QT比值,探讨红花黄色素对老年急性脑梗死患者心室肌复极的影响。方法选择老年急性脑梗死患者150例,随机分为常规治疗组73例和红花黄色素组(常规治疗+红花黄色素治疗)77例,分别检测2组治疗前后Tp e/QT比值,比较2组治疗前后Tp e/QT比值的差异。结果与常规治疗组比较,红花黄色素组治疗后Tp e/QT比值明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,红花黄色素组和常规治疗组治疗后Tp e/QT比值明显降低(0.19±0.03 vs 0.23±0.03,0.21±0.03 vs 0.23±0.04,P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,红花黄色素可以进一步减轻急性脑梗死患者心室肌复极的不均一性。Objective To study the effect of Safflower Yellow on repolarization of ventricular muscle in elderly acute ischemic stroke patients by detecting the Tp e/QT ratio before and after treatment.Methods One hundred and fifty elderly acute ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group（n=73）and conventional treatment＋Safflower Yellow treatment group（n=77）.Their Tp e/QT ratios were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results The Tp e/QT ratio was significantly lower in conventional treatment＋Safflower Yellow treatment group than in conventional treatment group after treatment（P〈0.01）and significantly lower after treatment than before treatment（0.19±0.03 vs 0.23±0.03,0.21±0.03 vs 0.23±0.04,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Safflower Yellow can further alleviate the repolarization nonuniformity of ventricular muscle in elderly acute ischemic stroke patients following conventional treatment.
