摘　　要：目的：探讨评价式护理查房在提高低年资护士整体护理能力中的应用效果。方法：2013年1~12月对我科15名低年资护士开展评价式护理查房培训模式,采用新护士评价表及病人满意度进行综合考核,对护士培训前后的整体护理能力水平进行综合评价。结果：与培训前比较,培训后低年资护士的理论考试、病情观察能力、健康教育、病人满意度均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：评价式护理查房可以有效提高低年资护士的整体护理能力,使其快速胜任临床护理工作。Objective：To explore the effect of nursing ward round evaluation to improve the overall nursing ability of young nurses. Methods：By 15 junior nurses on Jan. - Dec. 2013 into the science of nursing rounds to carry out evaluation of training mode,used the evaluation form and the degree of satisfaction of new nurses to carry out comprehensive assessment. For the comprehensive evaluation of nurse′s training before and after the holistic nursing ability. Re-sults：Compared with before and after the training,examination,junior nurses′ observation ability,health education,patient satisfaction were significantly im-proved,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Evaluation of nursing rounds can effectively improve the holistic nursing ability of young nurses,to perform their clinical nursing work.
