反思艾滋病护理实践的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病护理的工作内容和工作问题,为艾滋病专业护士的角色拓展提供建议。方法 2013年5-9月,采用目的抽样法,选取在上海市某艾滋病定点诊疗机构艾滋病住院病房工作的专业护士。采用半结构方式、个人深入访谈法收集资料,借助NVivo 8.0软件根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果艾滋病护理的工作内容和工作问题分别提炼出5个主题,涉及症状护理、心理护理、抗病毒治疗管理、病情监测和护患关系。结论目前艾滋病护理的工作内容已经较为全面,但还存在许多问题,建议通过保证护士人力配置提高护士专业水平,以拓展艾滋病专业护士的角色。Objective To explore the work contents and work problems of AIDS care practice,and provide suggestions on the role expansion of nurses in AIDS care.Methods A qualitative study was conducted on nurses by using in-depth individual interview.Data were analyzed according to Colaizzi’s analysis with NVi-vo 8.0 software.Results 5 themes were extracted on the work contents and work problems of AIDS care practice respectively,including symptom care,mental care,management of highly active antiretroviral ther-apy,illness monitoring and nurse-patient relationship.Conclusion Work contents of AIDS care practice were relatively comprehensive,but there were still many problems in AIDS care practice.It’s recommended that role expansion of nurses in AIDS care should base on human resource allocation and advanced profes-sional standard.
