健康人体红外热像四时变化规律的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健康人体红外热像随四时变化的规律。方法:利用红外热像仪采集30名健康青年男性的春分、夏至、秋分、冬至4个节气点的红外热像。通过相对温度反映人体不同部位的温度分布差异,分析三焦、督任二脉、双肾、两胁、胃脘、大腹等部位的四季变化规律。结果:发现人体红外热像呈现出以下规律:1四季的三焦热秩序均为下焦最热,中焦次之,上焦最凉;2督任二脉的四季热值分布与中医督脉为"阳脉之海",任脉为"阴脉之海"的理论认识相符合;3左右两肾四季热值分布均呈左低右高,与中医"左肾右命门"说相符;4四季左右两胁的热值变化与"肝气从左升,肺气从右降"的气化理论相合;5胃脘和大腹的四季热值在夏秋季节凉偏离较明显,与夏秋季多发腹泻病的事实相符。结论:正常人体红外热像具有一定的随自然界四时阴阳消长变化的规律,符合中医学"天人相应"的相关理论认识。Objective： To observe the rules of seasonal changes of infrared thermal imaging of healthy body. Methods： Infrared thermal imaging was used to gather infrared thermal information of 30 healthy young men on the four solar term points： vernal equinox, autumnal equinox, summer solstice and winter solstice. The relative temperature was applied to reflect the temperature distribution between different parts of the body, and the seasonal changes regularity of tfiple-jiao, and du-ren vessels, kidneys, two lateral thorax, gastral cavity and abdomen. Results： It was founded that the infrared thermal images of human body showed the following rules： （1）the heat order of the triple-jiao in four seasons from high to low was lower-jiao, middle-jiao and upper-jiao; （2）heat value distribution of du vessel and ren vessel conforms with TCM theories that ＇Du vessel is the sea yang meridians＇ and ＇Ren vessel is the sea of yin meridians＇; （3）The heat value distribution of the two kidneys showed that the left part was lower than the right part, which was consistent with the theory that ＇the left is kidney and the right is Mingmen＇ in TCM theory; （4）The seasonal changes of the heat value around two lateral thoraxes was consistent with the theory ＇liver qi ascends from the left, and lung qi descends from the right＇; （5） the heat value of the stomach and abdomen conformed with the phenomenon that diarrhea was frequently-occurring disease in summer and autumn. Conclusion： The infrared thermal imaging of healthy human body has certain rules with the waxing-waning of yin-yang of four seasons, which conforms to the ＇unity of man and nature＇ in the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
