庄河大骨鸡生长激素受体基因内含子2多态性的研究

摘　　要：为研究庄河大骨鸡生长激素受体(GHR)基因内含子2特点,本试验从200只大骨鸡血液中提取DNA,PCR扩增GHR内含子2后进行HindⅢ酶切和琼脂糖凝胶电泳。研究结果表明,所选取的200只庄河大骨鸡GHR基因内含子2片段均能得到PCR扩增,产物大小为914 bp;扩增产物中具有2个HindⅢ酶切位点,均能获得3个酶切片段(529 bp、247 bp和138 bp),因此该酶切位点上无遗传多态性。In order to study the characteristics of growth hormone receptor（GHR） intron 2 for Zhuanghe Dagu chicken, DNA were extracted from 200 blood samples of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken and am- plifed by PCR with primers of GHR intron 2. The PCR products were digested with enzyme Hind Ⅲ and then displayed by agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that all GHR intron 2 in 200 samples were amplifed by PCR with products of 914 bp. All samples showed two enzyme sites of Hind Ⅲ among the product and three fragments of 529 bp, 247 bp and 138 bp in agarose gel. There- fore, there was no Genetic polymorphism.
