摘　　要：在村庄搬迁工作中,通过采用政府主导,企业出资的方式,在坚持国家政策不动摇的前提下,借助新农村建设的利好政策,积极寻找解决问题的最佳平衡点,以期获得地企双赢的目的。In the village relocation, using the method of the government leading, enterprise investment, adhering to the national policy unswervingly under the new rural construction, with favorable policies, actively looking for the best balance point to solve the problem, in order to achieve a win-win objective.
