摘 要:为了实现混合梁刚构桥的大节段钢箱梁整体吊装,结合某具体工程设计了大吨位桥面吊机,包括承重结构、提升和调位系统、走行系统及锚固系统。采用试验检验了桥面吊机承重系统的安全性,通过实桥的施工检验了桥面吊机操作可行性,实践表明该吊机具有组装方便、提升速度快、三维位移自动调整灵活、调位控制精度在1mm以内的特点,可以在同类施工方法中推广使用。In order to fulfill the whole lifting of the steel box girder of the hybrid girder rigid frame bridge,combining with the characteristics of an actual project,the deck crane consisted by bearing structure,lifting and adjusting system,shifting system and anchoring system is designed. Loaded testing was carried out to test the safety of the bearing structure and the actual construction operations were conducted to verify the feasibility of this lifting system. The practice showed that,this kind of deck crane had some advantages: convenient assembling,fast lifting speed,three-dimensional flexible and high-precision adjustment( accuracy within 1 mm),which may be utilized in some similar cases.
