摘　　要：目的:通过报道恶性增生性外毛根鞘瘤(malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor,MPTT)患者1例,同时行文献回顾和相关讨论,以提升对其诊疗方法、病理特点的认识水平。探讨下唇缺损的修复方法,并评价应用鼻唇沟瓣修复下唇缺损的临床应用。方法:对2011年收治的1例下唇肿物6年患者,于2011年6月全麻下行下唇肿物扩大切除术+左鼻唇沟瓣修复术+右颊黏膜旋转瓣修复术。结果:随访3年未见肿瘤复发或转移,重建后的下唇外形及功能恢复,临床效果满意。结论:鼻唇沟皮瓣有转移灵活、血运丰富及成活率高等优点,对于修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后的缺损在美观和功能方面能达到良好的治疗效果。Objective Through the report 1 patient of malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor （malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor,MPTT）,literature review and discussion,in order to improve the level of understanding of the pathological features of its diagnosis and treatment methods.To explore the methods of treatment of lower lip defect,clinical application and evaluation of lower lip sulcus flap repair of nasal defects. Methods One case with lower lip tumor patient in June 2011, anesthesia of lower lip tumor excision＋left nasolabial flap repair＋right buccal mucosa rotation flap＆amp;nbsp;repair. Results 3 years of follow-up showed no recurrence or metastasis,lower lip contour and function recovery after the reconstruction,the clinical results are satisfactory. Conclusion The nasolabial flap in a flexible transfer,abundant blood supply and high survival rate,for the repair of defect after resection of oral and maxillofacial tumors can reach good therapeutic effect in appearance and function.
