舌侧集中全口义齿修复低矮牙槽嵴的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨舌侧集中全口义齿修复低矮牙槽嵴的临床疗效。方法选择无牙颌患者48名,随机分为两组,分别制作舌侧集中全口义与解剖式双侧平衡全口义齿,戴用1个月和3个月时测试无牙颌患者的满意度。采用SPSS11.5软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果舌侧集中全口义齿比解剖式全口义齿更易取得美观、稳固及舒适度。结论对于牙槽嵴吸收程度为Ⅲ类(刃状牙槽嵴)和Ⅳ类(低平状或凹形牙槽嵴)的患者,舌侧集中全口义齿修复能够显著提高义齿美观、稳固、舒适及咀嚼的功能,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of lingualized occlusion complete denture on repalr of low alveolar ridge. Methods 48 edentulous patients who were selected were randomly divided into two groups and were respectively made lingualized occlusion complete denture and anatomical bilateral balanced occlusion complete denture.To test the satisfaction of edentulous patients at one month later and three months later.The data were statistical analyzed through SPSS software package. Results Lingualized occlusion complete denture could more easier contaln beautiful,steady,and comfort than anatomical bilateral balanced occlusion complete denture. Conclusion Lingualized occlusion complete denture on repalr of patients with different absorption degree of alveolar ridge which areⅢ-type（knife edge alveolar ridge）andⅣ-type（flat shape or concave alveolar ridge）could significantly increased beautiful,steady,comfort,and masticatory function,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
