摘　　要：收集30例三叉神经痛(TN)患者、17例恶性肿瘤患者、17例普通炎症患者及20例健康患者空腹静脉血,ELISA法检测血清中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平。TN组患者血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而与恶性肿瘤组和普通炎症组比较,差异无统计学意义。IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α炎症因子与TN发病有一定关联。Fasting venous blood of 30 trigeminal neuralgia （TN） patients, 17 cancer patients, 17 patients with general inflammation and 20 healthy people were enrolled in this study. The levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in se-rum were detected by ELISA. The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the TN group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group （P 〈 0. 05）; however there were no significant differences with the cancer and in-flammatory patients group. The cytokines IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α are related with the pathogenesis of TN.
