摘　　要：口腔癌是常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,局部复发及转移是其预后差的主要因素,但具体分子机制尚不清楚。研究发现,微小RNA(micro RNA)在口腔癌的发生、侵袭、转移中起到重要作用,有望成为有价值的诊断标志物和治疗靶点。本文就口腔癌相关micro RNA的研究进展进行综述。Oral cancer is a common cancer of head and neck. Regional recurrence and metastasis are the main course of the poor prognosis. But the exact molecular mechanism is still unknown. Studies have showed that microRNA plays an important role in the tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis of oral cancer. And it is expected to become a valuable diagnostic marker and therapeutic target. This paper makes a review about the microRNA related to oral cancer.
