摘 要:为实现对某款越野车车内噪声性能进行前期预测和优化,运用Altair公司Hyper Works软件NVH-Director模块搭建了"整备车身+整备车架"分析模型。通过传递路径贡献量分析找到影响车内噪声的关键路径,并结合模态贡献量分析识别出车身顶棚为关键影响部位。以整备车身结构作为优化对象制定优化方案,优化后车内噪声比优化前降低了约6 d B(A),达到优化目标。To predict and optimize interior noise performance of an off-road vehicle, an analysis model of trimmed body and trimmed frame is built with module NVH-Director of software Altair HyperWorks. The main transfer path of vehicle interior noise is found through transfer path contribution analysis, and the roof of the vehicle is identified to be the critical influential component with the method of mode contribution analysis. Finally, optimization plan is developed with the trimmed body structure as the optimization objective. After optimization, the interior noise of the vehicle is reduced by 6 dB (A), and the optimization target is achieved.
