摘 要:授权赋能是重要的非物质激励方式,不仅能够促进员工成长,提高项目经理的自我效能感,还能够提升项目质量和企业绩效等。但在实践中,是否适合对项目经理授权赋能以及授予多大程度的权利已成为企业愈加关注的方面。基于此,从3个方面分析了对项目经理授权赋能的必要性;构建了项目经理授权赋能的评价指标体系;运用层次分析法确定了各指标的评价权重;最后结合实际案例验证了评价指标的可靠性和适用性。Empowerment is an important intangible incentive, which not only Can promote the improvement of employees and the project manager's self-efficacy, but also can promote the project quality and enterprise performance. But in practice, whether empowerment is proper for the project manager and to what extent the empowerment should be have become increasingly concerning the enterprises. Based on this, the paper analyzes the necessity of empowering project manager from three aspects; constructs the project manager empowerment evaluation index system; applies AHP to determine the weights of evaluation indexes; and finally, combines an actual case to verify the reliability and applicability of the evaluation index.
