摘  要:目的:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定香菜根、茎、叶中Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg,Ca,Cd,Cu,Pb 8种元素含量。方法:样品微波消解,选择Ge,In,Bi,Sc为内标元素,采用ICM-MS测定上述元素。结果:8种元素相关系数r〉0.9997,叶回收率98.2%~102.3%,根回收率98.1%~105.7%,茎回收率97.8%~103.7%,RSD值均〈3%。结论:该方法灵敏、可靠、稳定、快捷,可用于香菜的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous analysis of Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg,Ca,Cd, Cu,Pb in coriander by microwave digestion and ICP-MS.Methods:With Ge,In,Bi,Sc as internal standard elements,the sample solution is analyzed by ICP-MS after microwave digestion,and the content of elements is calculated.Results:The correlation coefficient of calibration curves is over 0.9997,the recovery rates are 98.2% ~ 102.3% in leaf,98.1% ~ 105.7% in root and 97.8% ~103.7% in stem,and its RSDs are all lower than 3%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,reliable, stable,rapid,which is feasible to quality management in coriander.
