放射结合超声和化疗治疗胰腺癌晚期病人的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨放射、超声、化疗方法相结合治疗胰腺癌晚期病人的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院收治的胰腺癌晚期病人210例,根据治疗方法的不同分为5组:单纯接受放射治疗组(RT组)43例,单纯接受超声治疗组(HF组)38例,单纯接受化疗大于4个周期组(CT组)35例,放疗前后进行至少4个周期的化疗组(RC组)44例,超声治疗前后进行至少4个周期的化疗组(HC组)50例。对各组的生存时间、总获益率、有效率进行比较。结果 RT组、HF组、CT组、RC组、HC组的生存时间分别为(10.5±1.3)、(7.7±1.0)、(6.8±1.9)、(13.7±1.7)、(12.4±2.1)个月,各组间比较差异有显著性(F=127.94,P<0.05);总获益率分别为48.83%、57.89%、48.57%、79.55%、82.00%,有效率分别为46.51%、39.47%、54.29%、75.00%、76.00%,RC组和HC组总获益率和疗效均高于RT组、HF组、CT组,差异有显著性(χ2=10.500,Hc=22.467,P<0.05)。结论放射、超声、化疗方法相结合治疗胰腺癌晚期病人临床效果较好,值得推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of combined radiation, ultrasound, and chemotherapy for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer （APC）. Methods A retrospective review was conducted in 210 patients with APC. They were divided into five groups-RT group： radiotherapy only; HF group： ultrasound treatment only; CT group： received more than four cycles of chemotherapy; RC group： at least four cycles of chemotherapy before and after ultrasound treatment and HC group： received at least four cycles of chemotherapy before and after ultrasound therapy-according to different types of therapy. Survival time, total benefit ratio, and efficiency were compared among them. Results The survival time of patients in RT, HF, CT, RC and HC group was 10.5%1.3, 7.7±1.0, 6.8±1.9, 13.7±1.7, and 12.4±2.1 months, respectively. Overall benefit rate was 48.83%, 57.89%, 48.57%, 79.55%, and 82.00~. Response rate was 46.51%, 39.47%, 54.29%, 75.00% and 76.00% （X2 = 10.500,Hc = 22.467,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined therapy applying radiology, ultrasound, and chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer is good, which is worth promoting.
