摘　　要：设计了实验室制备硫酸亚铁铵的绿色化装置,计算出学生实验药品的基本用量,并从实验装置、反应液的p H控制、硫酸铵的反应状态和Fe粉的用量等进行实验研究,归纳出实验异常结果与操作的对应关系表。In this work,the equipment for green chemistry is designed for the production of ferrous ammonium sulfate. The design is based on the chemistry theory of the production of ferrous ammonium sulfate. The amount of chemicals required for the experi- ment is calculated. The lookup table indicating the relation between the abnormal experiment result and the mistaken experiment operations is also derived. This lookup table is created based on the analysis of the equipment, the pH value of the solution, the status of the ammonium sulfate during reaction and the amount of the ferrous powder used in the reaction.
