摘　　要：和谐融洽的师生关系在教学过程中具有重要的作用,直接影响到教师教学和学生学习的效果。本文讨论了目前大学师生关系所存在的问题及构建和谐融洽师生关系的对策,并以大学有机化学的课程教学为实例,验证了和谐融洽的师生关系对大学课程教学具有重要的影响。Harmonious teacher - student relationship plays an important role in the teaching process, and directly affects the teaching result. This paper discussed the problem of teacher - student relationship in college and methods of establishing harmonious teacher - student relationship. Taking course teaching of college organic chemistry as an example, it has been proved that harmonious teacher- student relationship had a remarkable effect on college course teaching.
