眼球萎缩改良结膜瓣覆盖术临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良结膜瓣覆盖术治疗轻、中度萎缩眼球，术后安装薄型义眼模的临床效果。方法对2006年1月至2014年1月在解放军第474医院就诊的13例（13只眼）轻、中度眼球萎缩患者保留完整角膜行结膜覆盖术，术后1个月配戴薄型义眼。结果13例13只眼经过改良术式治疗配戴薄型义眼模，术后观察半年以上均达到满意的美容效果。结论轻、中度萎缩眼球以其自身作为底座，行改良结膜瓣覆盖术并发症少，义眼模活动度良好，仿真效果逼真，明显改善患者容貌。Objective To investigate the clinical observation of non-movable coral eye-seat im- plantation with modified conjunctival-Tenon＇s capsule flap covering the entire cornea for eyeball atro- phy surgery, applying thin eye model. Methods Thirteen eyes （13 light or moderate eyeball atro- phy cases） who had accepted the surgical treatment including conjunctival flap covering the entire cornea, receiving thin eye-model 1 month later, which had satisfying cosmetically result. Results The surgical method of restoring mild and moderate atrophy eyeballs （especially mild atrophy eye- bails） to be the base and making a modified conjunctival-Tenon＇s capsule flap covering the entire cornea operation with thin eye-model fixed, restore the normally anatomy structure, had fewer compli- cations and non-influence on eyeball movement. Conclusions The thin eye-model has good activity, satisfactory appearance and the appearance are obviously improved.
