摘  要:北京地铁15号线车辆段首次将试车线设置于主体高层建筑之中。针对高层建筑与地铁车辆段试车线合建的结构方案,对设置于主体高层建筑内的预应力轨道梁结构进行分析和计算。通过编制相关计算软件,按照铁路相关规范规定的允许应力法对预应力轨道梁进行设计,并通过有限元分析验算施工、运营两阶段构件的应力、变形及开裂等状况,从而保证结构的安全。通过计算分析可知,轨道梁按梁单元建模、各轨道梁之间设置虚梁传递列车荷载的建模方式行之有效。在跨度较小的轨道梁设计中,采用有限元弹性静力分析计算轨道梁挠度并适当对轨道梁刚度予以折减的方式,以及不考虑预应力钢筋的作用进行截面配筋设计均可满足工程要求。本工程为今后类似工程项目提供借鉴。Subway depot of Beijing metro line 15 is the first project for its test line arranged in high-rise building structure, gqth regard to the combination design of subway depot test line established in high-rise buildings, the article mainly introduced the prestressed track-beam's analysis and calculation. By working out the relevant software, and by checking the stress, deformation and cracking condition of the prestressed track- beam using permissible stress method provided by relevant railway codes in construction and operation stages, it is sure that the track-beam is safe. Through the calculation and analysis, it is found that the track-beam can be modeled as beam element, and a series of virtual beams can be set to transfer train's load between the track-beams. In small span design, it is obtained to calculate deflection of the track-beam through static structural finite element analysis calculation method by reducing the track-beam's rigidity appropriately. It is also obtained that not taking into account the prestressed steel reinforeement's role in design of the section's non prestressed steel reinforcement can meet the requirements of engineering. This project provided some references for the future similar t)roiects.
