摘　　要：本文依据曹妃甸翻车机房试降水试验项目,研究在基坑试降水试验期间承压水对周边已建翻车机房、铁路等建筑物沉降的影响,分析原因并找出解决方法,为基坑正式降水期间对周边建筑物沉降控制和监测提出方案,确保施工顺利进行。Based on the packer test of car dumper shed at Jinzhou coal terminal, cement grout ingredients and additives were studied in order to improve cement’s early strength, shorten cement solidifying time, and check the application effect of concrete grouting method. The research results served as a reference for the increase of efficiency, reduction of construction period and cost decrease of the packer test in the future.
