苁蓉通便口服液联合乳果糖治疗高龄功能性便秘的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察苁蓉通便口服液联合乳果糖治疗高龄便秘的有效率,以及不良反应的发生率.方法 90例高龄便秘患者随机分为乳果糖组（D组）、苁蓉通便口服液组（C组）和乳果糖＋苁蓉通便口服液组（DC组）,D组单纯给予乳果糖口服液15 mL bid,C组单纯给予苁蓉通便口服液10 mL bid,DC组口服苁蓉通便口服液10 mL bid,同时给予乳果糖口服液15 mL bid,疗程均为4w.患者至少每2～3日解成形便1次为有效,分别在第2w和第4w记录患者便秘治疗的有效率.结果 3组患者在治疗2w后,各组间的总有效率（D：66.67％,C：60.00％,DC：80.00％）,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.在治疗4w后便秘状况均得到改善,DC组患者的总有效率（86.67％）高于D组（70.00％）和C组（63.33％）,差异有统计学意义（D/DC：P=0.028,C/DC：P=0.008）.3组患者均未出现严重不良反应,3组间不良反应发生率（D：15.00％,C：10.00％,DC：20.00％）差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 乳果糖合并苁蓉通便口服液治疗高龄功能性便秘的疗效高于单药治疗,这是一种有效且安全的治疗方法.Objective To observe the effect of Congrong purgative oral solution combined with lactulose on the treat- ment of elderly constipation patients, and incidence of adverse reactions. Methods Ninety elderly constipation patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The patients in group C were treated with Congrong purgative oral solution 10 mL bid, group D with lactulose 15 mL bid, and group DC with Congrong purgative oral solution 10 mL bid and lactulose 15 mL bid. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. The patients who defecated forming stool at least once every 2-3 days were considered as effective cases. The constipation effective rate of 3 groups were recorded on week 2 and 4. Results The total effective rate among 3 groups （D： 66.67%, C： 60.00%, DC： 80.00%） had no statistical difference （P〉0.05） on week 2. The constipation symptoms of 3 groups were all improved on week 4. The total effective rate of group DC （86.67%） was higher than that of group D （70.00%） and group C （63.33%）, with significant statistic difference （D/ DC： P=0.028, C/DC： P=0.008）. Serious adverse reactions were not found in all patients. The incidence of adverse reactions between the 3 groups （D： 15.00%, C： 10.00%, DC： 20.00%） had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Congrong purgative oral solution combined with lactulose is better than that of monotherapy on the treatment of functional constipation in elderly patients. It is an effective and safe therapeutic strategy.
