摘 要:目的:探索正念团体咨询对大学生抑郁的影响。方法:运用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行筛选,选取符合条件的26名参与者,将其分为实验组和对照组。实施为期8周的正念团体咨询。在训练前后均采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、五因素觉知度量表(FFMQ)进行测评。结果:前测中,实验组和对照组的各指标均不存在显著差异;训练后,实验组五因素正念量表得分显著高于对照组,抑郁自评量表得分实验组显著低于对照组;大学生正念水平与抑郁情绪呈显著负相关。结论:正念团体咨询能提高大学生正念水平且有效改善其抑郁情绪。Objective To study the influence of mindfulness group counseling on reducing depression of college students. Meth- ods 26 cases of students were sampled with depression self-rating scale (SDS) and divided into experimental group and control group. Mindfulness-based group counseling was implemented in experimental groups for eight weeks. Scales of SDS and Five-Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) were used to evaluate them before and after training. Results There had no significantly differ- ent scores of pre-test between experimental group and control group. After training, scores of FFMQ were significantly higher in ex- perimental group than those in control group, but scores of SDS were significantly lower in experimental group. College students' mindfulness had significantly negative correlation with depression. Conclusion Mindfulness group counseling can improve the college students' mindfulness and reduce their depression.
