摘 要:目的探讨在《医学统计学》课程教学中应用PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学法对医学生自我效能感的影响。方法采用整群抽样方法在某普通高等医学院校选取312名学生作为研究对象,实验组155人,对照组157人。实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。运用一般自我效能感量表、学业自我效能感问卷和综合考试成绩进行评价。结果开课前,实验组与对照组一般自我效能感得分、学业自我效能感总分、学习能力自我效能感、发展能力自我效能感得分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);结课后,实验组以上4个方面得分以及综合考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将PBL方法融入《医学统计学》课程教学,对医学生自我效能的培养和形成起到了积极的促进作用,有助于激发学习兴趣,也有助于学生更好地掌握医学统计学知识体系和创新性科学思维的形成。Objective This study was to investigate the effects of Problem-Based Learning(PBL) on self-efficacy for medical college students in "medical statistics" course. Methods We selected 312 medical college students as participants by the method of cluster sampling, and they were randomly assigned to the experimental group with 155 and the control group with 157. The experimental group used PBL teaching method, while the control group used traditional teaching method. Then we evaluated the result by general self-efficacy scale, academic self-efficacy questionnaire and comprehensive scores. Results Before the course, the differences between experimental and control groups in general self-efficacy scores, academic self-efficacy scores, learning ability self-efficacy and self-efficacy of developmental competence scores were not significant(P〈0.05). On the contrary, after the course, the experimental group's general self-efficacy scores, academic self-efficacy scores, learning ability self-efficacy scores, self-efficacy of developmental competence scores and comprehensive exam scores were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion The PBL method integrated into the "medical statistics" teaching process plays a positive role on cultivating self-efficacy for medical students. It helps students to stimulate interest in learning and understanding knowledge system of medical statistics better and also, it is good for forming innovative scientific thinking.
