品管圈对预防消化内科患者医院感染的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈对预防消化内科患者医院感染的效果评价,降低消化内科患者的医院感染率。方法选取2011年1月-2012年12月消化内科住院患者2 180例为对照组,选取2013年1月-2014年12月消化内科住院患者2 432例为试验组;2013年1月1日起对所有消化内科患者实施品管圈活动,比较两组患者的医院感染率、护理满意度,品管圈实施前后护理人员的洗手依从性;采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组2 180例患者共68例发生医院感染,试验组2 432例患者共25例发生医院感染,两组患者感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈实施后护理人员的洗手次数和正确洗手次数均较实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈实施后能明显提高护理人员的洗手依从性,降低消化内科患者的医院感染率,提高护理满意度。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of quality control circle on prevention of nosocomial infections in the patients of gastroenterology department so as to reduce the incidence of the nosocomial infections .METHODS A to‐tal of 2 180 patients who were hospitalized the gastroenterology department from Jan 2011 to Dec 2012 were cho‐sen as the control group ,while 2 432 patients who were hospitalized the gastroenterology department from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 were set as the experimental group .The quality control circle activity was conducted for all the gastroenterology department patients since Jan 1 ,2013;the incidence of nosocomial infections and the satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups of patients ,the hand washing compliance of the nursing staff was investigated before and after the implementation of the quality control circle ,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17 .0 software .RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 68 of 2 180 pa‐tients in the control group and in 25 of 2 432 patients in the experimental group ,and there was significant differ‐ence in the infection rate between the two groups （P＆lt;0 .05） .The hand washing frequency and the correct hand washing times were significantly improved after the quality control circle was implemented （ P ＆lt; 0 .05 ） . CONCLUSION The quality control circle can remarkably improve the hand washing compliance of the nursing staff ,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the gastroenterology department patients ,and raise the sat‐isfaction with the nursing .
